What to do a rainy day in Jönköping?!? We made an excursion to the village of Huskvarna and the factory museum. While Husqvarna is known for building far more than moto bikes (for example sewing machines, kithen machines, lawn mowers and guns) the bikes were my main focus.
Sadly, the bikes are no longer manufactured in Sweden, I wish I had bought one while it still was a Swedish owned brand.
My Estonian friends have now seen more of the south of Sweden than I have. They kept themselfs busy visiting Lund, Kalmar, Öland and Vimmerby – giving me tourist reports and showing me pictures every night. I’m glad you enjoyed Sweden and sad I couldn’t join you! Next year we’ll make up for that! Thanks to Mirja for sending the photo!
